In case you're wondering about the title, you need to know that "Eagle" is english for "Adler", the name of the acoustic genius behind Voxativ. This high-end hi-fi company from Germany is really making a big impression at T.H.E. Show in Newport Beach! We're always thrilled when our friends from Germany are able to come across the big pond!

They've been very busy at the High End Show in Munich, where they were honored by  being presented the AV-Showrooms Gold Show Award for the best sound!  Now you have a chance to see and hear these world-class loudspeakers right here in your own backyard! Visit them in Room 304 today or tomorrow while T.H.E. Show Newport Beach is still open. There you can meet Voxativ's designer while you're at it! See you there!

The very first review for Scansonic's mid-line speakers, the MB-2.5 is out. It confirms what we think, the Scansonic speakers have way more of Raidho's DNA then the very affordable prices would suggest. 

Alan Sicrom, Hi-Fi Plus (UK) April 2015, concluded:
"...you won’t find anything close to doing what the MB‑2.5 do for the money. They have enough of the Raidho genetic code to sound like Raidho, but not enough to stop a prospective Raidho owner from changing their mind... That’s the big thing about the Scansonic MB‑2.5, there are those who’ve heard what Raidho do and love it, but hate the price. They simply cannot or will not make that kind of financial commitment on a pair of loudspeakers, no matter how good. Those people will see the Scansonic range as a golden opportunity. The very first review in the US for Langerton from Germany, and a very favorable one, just went online on The StereoTimes. It's about Langerton's entry line - Configuration Holograf monitor speakers.

"...the Langerton Configuration Holograf is a great speaker worthy of audition by anyone with a moderate space looking for a smaller profile speaker… or just those mildly curious. They played very well in our good-sized loft with a 13 foot ceiling - that’s not an easy feat. My wife agrees that the Holograf is perhaps the one speaker she would select to replace the ET’s for a smaller speaker in our loft… even at the $6k price point. When you give the phase-corrected Configuration Holografs some personal time, you’ll appreciate each persons’ involvement in bringing these small miracles to market. Highly recommended..."

Similar to the original soulshine with 5 line inputs and now 3 outputs (massive silver connectors) using ECC82 and ECC99 tubes with only one Mundorf Silver/Gold/Oil capacitor per channel. The signal path is even shorter now and a brand new volume control is incorporated. A 48-step ladder switch with remote control as a standard - absolutely State-Of-The-Art!  We think the soulshine "Pure" is VALVET's best sounding pre-amp yet! Glad to announce that we're now authorized Scansonic dealer. Scansonic speakers from Denmark are designed by the maker of the renowned Raidho speakers, Michael Børresen. Scansonic speakers represent an extremely high price/performance value.

The first review for the entry model, the MB-1 is already in. Sven Bilen concluded: "...have I heard better speakers than Scansonic MB-1 for this price? No. Do I want a pair of MB-1? Yes. This is really something you need to consider if you are looking for some really good stand speakers where the price is not sky-high.
