Ordering

You can order at any time by e-Mail. Just write an e-Mail to office@highend-electronics.com and let us know your address and what you want to buy. We'll get back to you as soon as possible and let you know the shipping costs (we ship prefered with USPS but can also ship with UPS and Fedex). You may also place your order by calling us Monday through Friday during our buiness hours - 10:00-5:00 Pacific Standard Time - 1-760-490-2410. California residents please add 8.00% sales tax.

Return Policy

We guarantee customer satisfaction! For any new product you buy from us, we offer a 30-day return period (60 days on Synergistic Research Atmosphere cables) after purchase for items returned to us in new condition. We'll refund the purchase price you paid minus shipping costs. We reserve the right to charge a 5% restocking fee. All you have to do is to write us an e-Mail and let us know before you return the goods or cancel the order.

 

Trade Up

Our highend-electronics Trade-Up Program allows you to build up your system step-by-step and also to maximize your hi-fi investments. One of the main advantages of dealing with us is our flexibility. Larger companies have too many rules, annoying processes and complicated conditions. But not us! We handle each Trade-Up individually, and we work with you to fit your personal needs. This ensures that you will always have the best sound, with the least hassle, and all that for the best price.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and PayPal Credit (formerly "Bill Me Later"). (Please see below for info about PayPal Credit).

You can also send us a Money Order or a Cashier/Bank Check to the following address. Your order will be shipped once we have received your Payment.

Financing with Paypal Credit

As mentioned above, you can now finance your purchases with PayPal Credit.

Get No Payments + No Interest if paid in full in 6 months on purchases over $99 when you check out with PayPal and choose PayPal Credit.

How to Purchase on Our Website Using PayPal Credit

Using Paypal Credit is very simple.

1) Just add the product you want to purchase to your shopping cart using the “Add to Cart" button. Review your cart to make sure it is correct and then click the "Check Out with PayPal” button.

2) You will be directed to the Paypal Secure Payment page where you can finance your purchase with PayPal Credit.

3) If this is your first time using PayPal Credit, you will be directed to apply for PayPal Credit. You’ll receive an answer within seconds. If you are already using PayPal Credit, you will simply choose that as your PayPal payment method.

Once you have finished the payment process on PayPal, you will be returned to our secure shopping system to complete your purchase.
