We, Alfred and Betty, hope this finds you and your family healthy and safe !
We know you’ve read dozens of statements like this already, but we still want to let you know about our operations in light of COVID-19.
Thanks to our unique situation of being a family-owned and -operated business we’re able to safely continue to serve you while still helping to stop the spread of COVID-19.
It also means that our business is free of the health risks surrounding larger companies. Our entire operation is by choice self-isolated, which helps keep us and you safe. It’s just us and the music. 😀
We’re taking every precaution to ensure that we, and you, stay healthy. We’re providing you with safe products and services so you can continue to enjoy listening to your music during these trying times.
- most items are in stock and were never exposed to COVID-19
- all parts of our office, storage and shipping operations are isolated from everyone except the two of us, and are disinfected daily
- all incoming packages are disinfected and quarantined
Our online shop is, as usual, always open for you. Consulting and ordering by email continues as always, and we’re here to serve you on the phone Monday-Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST.
We have no delays in our order processing and shipping, which is still free - worldwide. Just keep in mind that USPS, UPS and FedEx are not guaranteeing on-time delivery.
